Swedish Fish is fishin' for fun everywhere its goes! This summer, Swedish Fish is getting out of the water and hitting the road with its Swedish Fish Gone Fishin' Tour. Watch out! Our captain and crew will be sailing to a town near you!

This summer, the Swedish Fish Gone Fishin' Tour is traveling across the county to give away over 100,000 samples of Swedish Fish soft & chewy candy. The Gone Fishin' Tour will be docking its boat at high traffic locations including theme parks, zoos, aquariums, children's museums, boardwalks and beaches across the country. The Gone Fishin' crew will challenge local residents to compete in fun, light-hearted interactive games such as Funny Fish Face duels (challenge a friend or foe to a fish face contest, then let the audience decide the winner), sing-a-longs, and Swedish Fish dancing contests. The crew will bait consumers with samples of Swedish Fish product and tons of fun and exciting prizes.

"We wanted to create a grass roots effort giving communities a great reason to smile this summer," said Greg Barratt, President, Jaret International (CS) Inc. "The Gone Fishin' Tour provides fun-filled entertainment that appeals to all generations and truly captures the playful spirit of the brand."

The Tour kicks off in Orlando on April 10 culminating in New York City on August 10. The Gone Fishin' Tour will make splashy stops in thirteen cities across the US in just nineteen weeks! Our captain and crew will travel cross-country in a 10-foot Swedish Fish wrapped truck adorned with an 8-foot Swedish Fish on the roof. The crew will sample from an 8 foot sail boat with 14 ft branded sail, making stops in: Orlando, New York, Boston, Philadelphia, Salt Lake City, Baltimore and Chicago. The tour will hit major events and locations like Musikfest in Bethlehem, PA, Harborfest in Boston, MA and the Lincoln Park Zoo in Chicago, IL.

Consumers can stay on course with the tour via updates on the Original Swedish Fish web site, www.originalswedishfish.com. The site will include tour updates, Swedish fish recipes and will give consumers an opportunity to enter the "Swim with the Big Fish" sweepstakes for a chance to win a vacation for 4 to Orlando, FL to swim with the dolphins.
