Walt Disney Records' ``The Lizzie McGuire Movie Soundtrack'' Ships Gold and Enters the Top 10 on Billboard's Top 200 Album Chart

After two weeks at retail, "The Lizzie McGuire Movie Soundtrack" is certified gold (shipping over 500,000 units) and moves up to the #9 position on Billboard's Top 200 Album Chart and is ranked at #2 on Billboard's Soundtrack Chart. "The Lizzie McGuire Movie" released May 2nd is number #2 at the box office and has grossed over $18.5 million to date.

In other chart topping news, "The Lizzie McGuire TV Soundtrack" (from "Lizzie McGuire" the hit Disney Channel Original Series) jumps up to the #5 position on Billboard's Soundtrack Chart; the CD has been in the top 10 for 39 weeks since its release on August 18, 2002.
