NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 14, 2003

J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. and J.P. Morgan Chase Capital XI, a Delaware business trust subsidiary of J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., today announced that a quarterly distribution on the outstanding 5.875% Capital Securities, Series K (Liquidation amount $25 per Capital Security), of J.P. Morgan Chase Capital XI will be paid on December 15, 2003, in the amount of $0.3671875 per Capital Security. The distribution will be paid to holders of record at the close of business on December 12, 2003.
