REMINDER...for Saturday (Oct. 4)
--(BUSINESS WIRE)--New England Destinations
Unique Nuptial Crafted by New England-Based Concierge Service
Captures National TV Attention
WHO: Bride, Dawn Marie Scarpini and Groom, Brendan Sean Sullivan
WHAT: Enlisted the creativity of New England Destinations to
fuse their ideal - but contrasting - wedding scenarios
into one, spectacular event that will be profiled by Diane
Sawyer on Primetime's November wedding special entitled:
"VOWS"
WHEN: Saturday, October 4th at 5:30 pm
WHERE: Wedding to take place at Steep Hill Beach on the Crane
Estate, Ipswitch, MA, http://steephillbeach.thetrustees.org.
The reception will follow at the Golf Club of New England,
Stratham, NH, www.golfclubofnewengland.com.
WHY: The bride and groom each had their hearts set on very
different wedding surroundings, summertime beach and winter
landscape respectively. Looking for help to reach a
compromise, but still retain their marital-day visions, the
couple sought the assistance of New England Destinations to
make their "big day" a success, while retaining the seasonal
nuances that reflect their personality.
HOW: At sunset, Dawn will arrive on shore at Steep Hill Beach by
boat flanked by her bridesmaids accessorized with hand-muff
warmers and boas of tropical flowers. The bride will
promenade - bare foot - along the shoreline to join the
groom at a candle-illuminated, sandcastle altar. The guest
are requested to wear Hawaiian-type shirts and dresses,
doves will be released upon conclusion of the vows.
The reception at the Golf Club of New England will reflect
more of the winter wonderland theme. Guests will enter the
area through an ice tunnel and blowing snow to find
glistening ornaments, an ice sculpture and Christmas trees
adorned with stockings containing wedding favors. A
traditional New England clambake will be served and the
wedding cake will be an exact replica of the sandcastle
altar.
Media are welcome to attend the wedding and reception. Interviews may be arranged with Dawn Marie Scarpini and New England Destinations in advanced.
