IRVING, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 13, 2003
TriSyn Group announced that Affinity Federal Credit Union and Oklahoma Central Credit Union have selected TriSyn Group's CORS and Intellect software solutions. Both products increase the effectiveness and efficiency of collection and recovery processes in both credit unions and banks.
Affinity Federal Credit Union, which has been an Intellect customer for nearly six years, purchased the CORS system to improve its recovery of charged-off accounts and is targeting a completed implementation in November. CORS and Intellect are tightly integrated systems which can improve both collection efficiency and reduce the frequency and amount of customer charge-offs.
"We've been very satisfied with the Intellect system, both from a feature/function standpoint, as well as the overall level of service we've received from TriSyn Group," said Cris Tiberi, manager of recovery for Affinity FCU. "It made sense that we select a solution that complements our existing collection application."
Oklahoma Central Credit Union purchased the Intellect collection product after completing an analysis of available software products. "We looked at a number of systems available in the marketplace, and felt the capabilities of Intellect, particularly the flexibility in creating work queues, best fit our needs," said Gerald Wyatt, Oklahoma Central CU's manager of collections, recoveries and liquidation. Oklahoma Central completed its implementation of Intellect in September.
"Companies across the financial industry turn to TriSyn to accelerate their operational efficiencies and leverage their existing technology investments," said Russell Fleischer, Chief Executive Officer for TriSyn Group. "TriSyn is especially pleased to expand our relationship with both Affinity Federal Credit Union and Oklahoma Central Credit Union."
