Mortgage Builder Software, Inc., a provider of complete mortgage lending software solutions, now offers users a direct interface with CBC Companies, LandAmerica Info1 and Factual Data. The partnership with these three preferred credit bureaus allows mortgage professionals using Mortgage Builder's loan origination software (LOS) system to retrieve credit reports directly from the credit bureau via the Internet, eliminating delays caused by third party retrieval services.

Written to the latest MISMO 2.1 XML standards, Mortgage Builder's interface directly connects users to the credit bureau, delivering the credit report in seconds. The integrated interface keeps customers on the Mortgage Builder system without transporting them to another Web site. In addition to these preferred providers, Mortgage Builder offers access to more than 230 credit reporting agencies.
