WEALTHSPRING MORTGAGE, MINNESOTA'S SEVENTH LARGEST RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE COMPANY, OPENS ITS DOORS IN EDEN PRAIRIE, MINNESOTA
Michael Warner, president of WealthSpring Mortgage, announced that on September 1st WealthSpring Mortgage opened the doors for its branch office located in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.
The company began in Arden Hills, Minnesota with 23 employees in 1997. Michael McVay is the founder, sole owner and CEO of the company, which is currently the seventh largest residential mortgage company in the state of Minnesota(1). "Our goal has always been to help families by saving them money," said McVay. The company's target market has historically been people with credit card debt, helping them consolidate that debt by refinancing and purchasing homes through innovative loans. Today, WealthSpring Mortgage has grown to include three branch offices in Woodbury, MN and Arden Hills, MN as well as the Eden Prairie location--with its headquarters located in Golden Valley.
"The Eden Prairie branch office is a fantastic location for the WealthSpring family," said Warner. "We love the opportunity to touch even more clients who can benefit from refinancing, debt consolidation or purchasing a home." Paul Melby is the branch manager at the Eden Prairie WealthSpring Mortgage location. "Paul and our Eden Prairie team are very experienced and knowledgeable," said Warner. "We look forward to more and more homeowners learning about WealthSpring Mortgage and all we have to offer. At WealthSpring Mortgage we don't fit the customer to the loan the way many mortgage companies do. We fit the loan to the customer. And customers appreciate it," said Melby.
"We are proud of the team we have assembled for our Eden Prairie location," said Warner. "At WealthSpring Mortgage, we want every customer to become a raving fan, and we're confident that the team in Eden Prairie will make it happen."
