Weatherhead School of Management Ranked among the World's Top Business Schools

CLEVELAND--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 22, 2003

Continuing to build on its strong international reputation, the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University today announced that rankings from three major business publications, and two leading institutes placed it among the finest business schools in the world. Highlights include:

1. BusinessWeek: Weatherhead's Executive Education Programs ranked

15th in the world for open enrollment and 19th in the world

for customized curriculum, and the School's Executive MBA

program ranked 21st in the world. EMBA graduate surveys ranked

Weatherhead one of the top 5 schools for Marketing.

BusinessWeek wrote that "consistent praise for curriculum,

support staff, and an enthusiastic well rounded faculty" were

major factors that drove the high scores.

2. The Aspen Institute and World Resources Institute: In the

institutes' "Beyond Grey Pinstripes 2003" report, Weatherhead

was recognized as one of the top 25 U.S. business schools that

"infuse environmental and social impact management into the

classroom, activities and faculty research."

3. The Economist: Weatherhead's MBA program ranked 27th in the

United States.

4. The Financial Times: Weatherhead's Executive MBA was ranked

20th in the United States.
