Meier Worldwide Intermedia: Covenant to Protect Maximum/Universal Music from Online Piracy

Meier Worldwide Intermedia (OTC: MWWD) announced its wholly owned subsidiary, Covenant Corporation, finalized its latest contract to protect Universal Music's entire New School album from online piracy. The album includes the top 10 hit songs "Back in the Day" and "Misunderstood". The "Back In the Day" video featured Chris Judd (former husband to Jennifer Lopez) and remains in "Gold" rotation on various music television stations.

On the heels of his #1 Hit Song "Push it Up" in Latin America, Producer/Artist Adam H. (who has gained international success through BMG Latin, Max Music/Polygram, and AVEX Asia) is returning to North America to release the much anticipated debut by New School. A producer's project, New School's debut is a Pop & R&B fueled album comprised of 15 distinctive tracks. The album is mixed by Juno award winner Shawn Pierce (Metalwood/Hipjoint Inc.).

Covenant has been protecting the "Back in the Day" single for several months and was contracted to protect the entire album that will be released in stores November 18, 2003 by Universal.
