ORLANDO, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 29, 2003

Hilton Grand Vacations Company, LLC (HGVC) today announced the opening of the 283-unit Hilton Grand Vacations Club(R) on the Las Vegas Strip in Las Vegas, Nevada. The 28-story vacation ownership resort becomes the third Hilton Grand Vacations Club destination in the thriving Las Vegas market, and the 24th property in the portfolio of resorts managed by HGVC.

"Today, the HGVC collection of resorts has been enhanced with a prominent new presence in Las Vegas," said Antoine Dagot, president and chief executive officer of Hilton Grand Vacations Company. "The spectacular Las Vegas Strip provides an extraordinary setting for the newest Hilton Grand Vacations Club (HGVClub(R)) resort. We are pleased to expand the leadership presence of HGVClub in Las Vegas. Our pre-opening membership sales, which began last year, have continuously exceeded our expectations. We look forward to welcoming an ever-growing number of Member families to `the entertainment capital of the world.'"

The completion of the first of four planned phases of development at the 10-acre site features an extensive collection of guest amenities and luxurious studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom condominium-style accommodations. A dramatic "Desert Deco" design is incorporated throughout the resort. "Since the 1993 debut of our project at the Flamingo, we have received a spectacular response to the Hilton style of vacation ownership in Las Vegas," said Dagot. "We have worked closely with our colleagues at Hilton Hotels Corporation to create a truly luxurious resort, and the results are extraordinary."

The spacious accommodations blend a decor of relaxed elegance with an upscale collection of entertainment amenities including Phillips(R) remote controlled color televisions, DVD players, Bose(R) Lifestyle surround sound systems, and high-speed Internet access. One-, two- and three-bedroom accommodations feature fully equipped kitchens designed with granite countertops, elegant wood cabinetry, and an extensive variety of culinary tools and high-end appliances. Chic bathrooms feature frameless glass showers, oversized tubs and ample storage. For added convenience, units also feature a washing machine and dryer.

The resort's guest amenities include a serpentine pool adjacent to whirlpool spas, and an interactive water feature designed exclusively for children which incorporates a series of playful fountains. A state-of-the-art Fitness Center is superbly equipped with StarTrac(R) cardiovascular equipment from elliptical machines to recumbent bicycles, as well as a Universal(R) weight station. The "Waves" poolside bar and grill, the "Marketplace" deli and sundry store, as well as picnic areas and barbeque grills are also on-site.

Beyond the extensive resort amenities and accommodations, guests are provided immediate access to the world-renowned Las Vegas Strip, offering unsurpassed entertainment, dining and shopping venues.

Reservations at Hilton Grand Vacations Club on the Las Vegas Strip may be requested via telephone at 1-800-HILTONS, or online at www.hilton.com.
