MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 7, 2003
U.S. Bank is offering customers yet another way to make managing a bank account easier by making monthly U.S. Bank account statements available online at usbank.com. It is one of several enhancements that were implemented in August and September.
U.S. Bank Internet Banking customers will see a link from their account summary to learn more about online statements and enroll if they choose. The service, available free of charge, allows customers to view and reconcile their U.S. Bank Checking and Savings account statements online and then print or save them. The enhancement is a welcome change to many people who wish to have all of their banking information at their fingertips, making it easier to manage their finances. Customers will receive a monthly online notification when their statement is available.
In other enhancements, U.S. Bank Internet Banking customers will see more detailed information regarding their pending debits and can track the total rewards they have earned to date for their selected Checking That Pays reward program. As well, credit card customers will now find it easier to increase their credit line, transfer balances or add a cardholder - all online. Customers can also now change their Internet Banking user name online, versus calling customer service to perform that task.
