Definitive Collection Documents An Outstanding Career

With 22-Song Selection of History-Making Hits

On September 16th, Capitol Records will honor the artistry of the Steve Miller Band through the release of "Young Hearts Complete Greatest Hits." With twenty-two songs that include "Take the Money and Run," "Rock'N Me," "Space Cowboy," "The Joker," and two giant hits, "Livin' in the USA" and "Abracadabra," that were never included on any previous compilation, this collection is the first to trace the artist's complete thirty-five-year affiliation with Capitol.

To celebrate the release of "Young Hearts Complete Greatest Hits," Miller is confirmed to perform on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno on Friday, September 12th, and Jimmy Kimmel Live on Monday, September 15th.

A very special evening has also been planned. With phenomenal response to his sell-out first appearance at the Fender Museum of Music and the Arts, in Corona, California, Steve Miller recently announced that he plans to return to the Museum's cozy TLC Amphitheater on September 13th for a one-night-only charity performance to support the museum's many great educational programs.

"Playing at the Fender Museum was a great experience," commented Miller. "(The Fender Museum) has put together a very good model for the future of contemporary musical education and community involvement and I really enjoy supporting such a great cause." Proceeds from the concert go towards the Museum's many unique programs, such as the Kids Rock Free(R) program, which gives kids ages 7 to 17 the unique opportunity to take free or low cost music lessons.

General admission tickets for the Steve Miller concert are available for $54. Tickets can be purchased at Ticketmaster outlets or at the Fender Museum of Music and the Arts. Presented by Capitol Records, Budweiser, the Press Enterprise, Riverside County's Credit Union and Business Bank of California.

For more information visit the Museum's website at www.fendermuseum.com, call at 909/735-2440 or stop by. The Fender Museum of Music and the Arts is located at 365 North Main Street, Corona, California 92880 and is open Wednesday through Sunday from 11 am-4 pm, with 8 pm closing on Thursdays.
