LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 15, 2003

E-Content Inc. (OTCBB:ETNT) announced Warner Home Video, the world's largest distributor of family entertainment properties, has just acquired the U.S. and international home video distribution rights for the new animated Holiday Special Nine Dog Christmas.

Diane Branco, Managing Partner of the Nine Dog brand franchise rights holder, JRS Properties LLC, stated: "We're thrilled to have Warner Home Video be the global distributor of the Nine Dog Christmas videos and DVDs for Christmas 2004. The Warner Bros. commitment to our property underscores the fact that the Nine Dog franchise has tremendous appeal and will be a hugely successful all-family entertainment brand for years to come."

E-Content President and CEO Peter Keefe, who produced the Nine Dog Christmas Special and developed the property's marketing strategy, comments: "Nine Dog Christmas is well on its way to becoming a classic, mega-hit performance entertainment property. It's a timeless tale of `all for one and one for all.'"

We are now working on a sequel, called the Nine Dog Night of Fright, which will be introduced as a Halloween Special. The Night of Fright is set to become an extremely popular year round video and merchandise licensing performer, powerfully strengthening our marvelous new Nine Dog brand franchise."

"Warner Home Video is delighted to add Nine Dog Christmas to our slate of family titles," said Jeff Baker, Warner Home Video Vice President, Non-Theatrical Franchise Marketing. "This is a terrific story and we expect that both kids and parents will enjoy it thoroughly during every Christmas holiday season."

The Nine Dog Christmas stars nine extraordinary stray dogs who selflessly overcome tremendous odds to help Santa bring joy to the world when the reindeer flu threatens to cancel Christmas. James Earl Jones narrates this captivating, all-family musical adventure story, which resounds with the magic of Christmas.

E-Content owns a significant profit participation equity interest in the new Nine Dog franchise and manages the property's TV sales and marketing. Peter Keefe will produce the Nine Dog Night of Fright Home Video and TV sequel.

With operations in 78 international territories Warner Home Video, a Warner Bros. Entertainment Company, commands the largest distribution infrastructure in the global video marketplace. Warner Home Video's film library is the largest of any studio, offering top quality new and vintage titles from the repertoires of Warner Bros. Pictures, Turner Entertainment, Castle Rock Entertainment, HBO Home Video and New Line Home Entertainment.
