WHAT:        Host "Prima Notte," the star-studded preview to the
             Precious Cheese Feast of San Gennaro Los Angeles
             presented by Ralphs. "Prima Notte" is an invitation-only,
             celebrity-studded VIP preview of the Feast of San Gennaro
             which raises thousands of dollars for local charities.
             This year's Prima Notte, hosted by comedian Mike Marino,
             features live music from Bill Conti's orchestra, a
             tribute to Dean Martin, Italian cuisine from 25 of LA's
             top Italian restaurants, surprise guests, rides and gift
             bags.

WHEN:        Thursday, September 18, 2003, 7 p.m.-midnight

WHERE:       1749 N. Vine Street, Hollywood (across from Capitol
             Records)
