NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 22, 2003

Emmy Night Photos Taken by Joe Pantoliano, Marg Helgenberger, Randy Jackson, Jessica Lange and More Can be Seen Exclusively at AOL Keyword: Celeb Candids

America Online, the world's leading interactive services company, today announced that a select group of 2003 Primetime Emmy(R) Award winners, nominees, and presenters have joined AOL's Celeb Candids program, a charity initiative that turns the tables on the paparazzi by showcasing celebrities' own photographs taken at the most exclusive events in the world of entertainment. Participating Emmy Celeb Candids photographers include Lauren Ambrose ("Six Feet Under"), Victor Garber ("Alias"), Marg Helgenberger ("CSI"), Randy Jackson ("American Idol"), Allison Janney ("The West Wing"), Jane Kaczmarek ("Malcolm in the Middle"), Jessica Lange ("Normal"), Joe Pantoliano ("The Sopranos"), Wanda Sykes ("Wanda at Large") and Bradley Whitford ("The West Wing"). The personal Emmy photo albums from these celebrities are available exclusively to AOL(R) and AOL(R) for Broadband members starting at 1 p.m. (ET) today at AOL Keyword: Emmys.

AOL's Celeb Candids initiative began earlier this year at the 2003 Academy Awards(R) and also included the Cannes Film Festival and the Los Angeles premiere of The Matrix Reloaded. For every celebrity photo appearing on the AOL(R) service as part of this program, a donation will be made to DATA, an organization started by U2's Bono that works to bring people and organizations from the United States and the world together to stop the spread of AIDS and extreme poverty in Africa. Additional information about DATA can be found at DATA.org.

"Celeb Candids has become one of our most exciting member exclusives and it really drives home how AOL delivers unparalleled access to the biggest celebrities and entertainment events. We're delighted to bring this program to the Primetime Emmy Awards," said Patricia Karpas, Vice President and General Manager, AOL Television. "We are also proud to support DATA and its mission to draw attention to the many crises facing Africa."

AOL has also teamed with People, Entertainment Weekly and InStyle to provide full coverage of all the most memorable moments of the 2003 Primetime Emmy Awards at AOL Keyword: Emmys. Here, AOL and AOL for Broadband members can find a full list of Emmy winners, a photo gallery of the best and worst Emmy fashions, and highlights from the red carpet, backstage and the award presentations.
