Notre Dame High School: Located in the heart of downtown San Jose for over 153 years, Notre Dame High School has been educating young women for success and leadership in the spirit of St. Julie Billiart, founder of the Sisters of Notre Dame. The goal of Notre Dame's Fine Arts Department is to develop awareness in each student of her own creative potential. Courses offered in Fine Arts are a broad spectrum for both the beginning and advanced student. Using downtown San Jose as a classroom, Notre Dame students enrich their daily curriculum with visits to The Tech Museum, San Jose Repertory Theatre, San Jose Museum of Art, and San Jose State University, just to name a few. Notre Dame women are women of Faith, Diversity and Community.
