Viewlocity Exceeds Expectations in First Quarter; Contributions from the Americas, Europe and Asia Help Company Best Targets
Business Wire, April 26, 2004

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 26, 2004
Viewlocity, Inc., a provider of supply chain management software that helps enterprises execute operations more effectively, today announced that first quarter results exceeded expectations. New business from the Americas, Europe and Asia contributed to the up quarter.
"This is great news and provides considerable momentum for the company going into the second quarter," said Jeff Simpson, Viewlocity's CEO. "The revenue contribution across geographies and product lines is very encouraging. While it's been a challenge to continue to innovate over the past couple of years, it's very rewarding for the whole company when those efforts payoff."
The quarter also saw one of the company's key customers expand their agreement with Viewlocity from a regional to a global license. The expanded project scope serves to further validate Viewlocity's product capabilities, while generating additional new license revenue for the company.
The company generated new license revenue from its manufacturing-oriented software as well, providing greater diversification of the revenue stream and adding to the future maintenance revenue for those products.
For those interested in learning more about Viewlocity and their solutions, the company will be sponsoring the upcoming Logistics Forum and Retail Systems events in May, and the Interlog service parts logistics event in June. More information is also available at their new website www.viewlocity.com.
