Logistics Management Resources Inc. (OTCBB:LMRI), today announced that the company has retained CLX & Associates, Inc., as its Investor Relations/Public Relations firm.
Commenting on the announcement, Dan Pixler, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Logistics Management Resources Inc., stated, "CLX will serve as the Company's intermediary with its shareholders, investors and the investment community. We have engaged CLX to arrange additional analyst research coverage, communicating financing developments and expansion potential to the financial community and prospective investors."
Logistics Management Resources Inc. is a Louisville, Kentucky based holding company which has been in the process of restructuring its operations and resolving the claims of its creditors since late 2000.
