Time Warner Cable's Digital Phone group has selected fiducianet, inc.(TM) as its primary source for technical assistance to support certain law enforcement requirements tied to the delivery of residential voice service. fiducianet will also support Time Warner Cable in the processing of subpoenas and court orders for record production in connection with its IP voice business. This relationship achieves another important milestone for Time Warner Cable's IP voice business by assuring that its systems meet industry standards for the support of law enforcement and civil litigants, including CALEA and the USA Patriot ACT.
