Sovereign Specialty Chemicals, Inc. announces a general price increase for its adhesives and coatings products. The Industrial and Packaging, Converting, Graphic Arts Divisions will increase prices 5-8% and implement a surcharge of $6.95 for steel drums and $0.60 for pails, effective June 1.
The Construction Division has recently implemented a price increase.
The increase is due to higher raw material, freight, energy, packaging, and regulatory compliance costs.
