By using the advanced billing and cost allocation solutions, the Department of Information Technology will be able to cut costs by automatically validating and reconciling its communications vendor billings.

NetPlus(R) supports the emailing of invoices to customers and has facilities for customer to view their invoices online. The NetPlus(R) billing and cost allocation module is tightly integrated with the other NetPlus(R) application modules, such as service order processing and inventory management, so that relevant billing data is kept up to date automatically as orders are fulfilled and equipment put in use.

The NetPlus(R) Flex-eBill(R) function allows telecom and IT departments to customize their invoice formats with a Crystal Reports-based tool. Different invoice formats can be defined for the different cost centers. The invoice formats are graphical, allowing for the use of logos, graphs, pie charts, colors, custom fonts, etc. on the invoices. NetPlus(R) Flex-eBill(R) provides state governments the ability to design and electronically distribute carrier-grade invoices in their customers' desired format.
