PENTAX Imaging Company, PENTAX Industrial Instruments Co., Ltd. and Western Latitudes Announce Alliance to Distribute Survey Instruments in United States

GOLDEN, Colo. -- PENTAX Imaging Company (Survey Division, United States) and PENTAX Industrial Instruments Co., Ltd. (Survey Division, Japan) and Western Latitudes announced today an exclusive agreement to distribute PENTAX survey instruments through Western Latitudes, a Colorado-based company. Effective August 2, 2004, Western Latitudes will distribute the full range of PENTAX survey instruments through the existing PENTAX dealer network as well as its own U.S. dealer network and direct sales channels. Western Latitudes also distributes GPS survey/GIS products, Data Collection hardware and survey industry application and data collection software.
