NEC Solutions America and Procom Form Strategic Alliance to Deliver Specialized IT Solutions to Financial Services Firms

RANCHO CORDOVA, Calif. -- Delivery of Integrated Solutions to Empower Financial Services Industry in Canada
NEC Solutions (America), Inc., (NECSAM) a premier provider of integrated solutions for the Connected Enterprise in North America, today announced it has formed a strategic alliance with Procom (Professional Computer Consultants Group Ltd.) to expand and enhance the delivery of efficient, secure and high-quality financial services solutions in Canada. Under the terms of the agreement the two companies will work together to deliver front- and back-office solutions to the Canadian market.
This new relationship will enhance the offerings of both companies as Procom manages existing business consulting relationships in Canada while NEC Solution America's Financial Services Division (FSD) is dedicated to serving the needs of the financial services market in North America.
