Nuvio Launches New Partner Program to Give ISPS More Control over VoIP Service Bundling and Billing Options

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Nuvio Corporation, a leading provider of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), today announced the introduction of a second Powered by Nuvio Partner Program offering. The new Custom Bill Package was developed for Internet Service Providers (ISPs) who want the flexibility and control of custom billing, along with the ability to bundle voice in a double or triple play offering.

The Custom Bill Package allows ISPs to charge their own rates for bundled services on one customized bill, providing convenience to customers while reducing churn. Additionally, partners will receive their own internal customer provisioning site for signing up customers and assigning equipment. By purchasing customer equipment at cost from Nuvio, partners receive the following:

--Significant discounts off Nuvio rate plans for customers

--Waiving of the standard $29.99 activation fee for new accounts

--Monthly detailed customer data records for billing

--A dedicated toll-free support number, answered in the partner company name for escalated support calls

The Powered by Nuvio Partner Programs allow ISPs to profit from an exploding market without having to incur the cost and delay of building out their own VoIP network. In addition to the new package, partners can choose Nuvio's Total Package turnkey partner solution, announced in April 2004, which includes development of a branded Web site, private-label billing, referrals coordination, technology support and marketing materials.
