The following products and services are available to USAA members affected by recent storms in Florida:

    --  Special pay programs to defer payments for up to 90 days.

    --  "Rate for life" as low as 1.9% on purchases and transferred
        balances.

    --  Existing balances re-priced to an APR as low as Prime + 0%
        (currently 4.5%).

    --  Expedited delivery of new credit cards to alternate address.

    --  New accounts with APR as low as Prime + 0% with introductory
        "Rate for life" as low as 1.9% on purchases and transferred
        balances.
