HR Outsourcing Industry Expert Marc Pramuk Joins Convergys' Employee Care Business

CINCINNATI -- Will Head Unique Business Intelligence Practice Focused on Global Workforce Analytics and Decision Support
Convergys Corporation (NYSE:CVG), a global leader in integrated billing, employee care, and customer care services, today announced that Marc Pramuk has joined its Employee Care division as Practice Lead, Business Intelligence. Pramuk's responsibilities include the strategic development and leadership of Convergys' Employee Care Business Intelligence, a solution set that helps organizations measure and maximize the business value created by their HR function. The business intelligence solution set will focus on providing actionable insight into workforce patterns and trends to enable proactive global workforce management and optimization.
Most recently, Pramuk was program manager for HR Management and Staffing Services Research at IDC, a global market intelligence and advisory firm located in Framingham, MA. There, he created the first market forecasts for the HR consulting, HR outsourcing (HRO) and BPO, recruiting and staffing, and performance management services. Before that he was the director of research at Lexington, MA-based Linkage, Inc., where he successfully built and led HR best-practice and benchmarking research studies in partnership with notable industry luminaries. He started his career in marketing and product management roles at Information Mapping, a professional services firm in training and knowledge management. He holds a bachelor's degree from Boston University's School of Management and an MBA from Babson College.
Co-chair of the 2004 HRO World and TecHR Conferences, Pramuk is frequently quoted in the media and has appeared in Human Resource Executive, Workforce, SHRM Magazine, HRO Today, The Wall Street Journal, The Financial Times, Fortune, The Boston Globe, and The Boston Business Journal.
