Macrovision Expands Global Customer Support Services; High Growth in FLEXnet Product Line Leads to New Web-Based Portal and Expanded Call Center

Macrovision has launched a new online self-service support website, the Web Support Portal, which allows its license management customers to more conveniently access product information and support services. Macrovision has also extended its call center hours to 24x5, providing more than 50% increased coverage.
Macrovision's Web Support Portal and enhanced customer services support the FLEXnet(TM) software licensing platform, which helps more than 3,000 software publishers and hundreds of Fortune 1000 companies maximize the value of their software.
With the new Web Support Portal, Macrovision customers now have 24/7 access to all customer support capabilities and programs through an intuitive web-based service. Customers can manage support incidents, search Macrovision's comprehensive product knowledge base, and access product downloads.
