Why:   Borders Books & Music's new 23,000-square-foot superstore at
       Fourth and Liberty is part of the redevelopment of downtown
       Louisville. The vision for a revitalized Louisville is coming
       to fruition, and the ribbon cutting ceremony will provide a
       nice photo opportunity for media. The ribbon cutting will be
       followed by a book signing by Louisville resident and mystery
       author Linda Atkins.
