Todaro will explore the leading causes of shopping cart abandonment, what to do with carts that have already been abandoned, and highlight best practices for improving online conversion rates. In June, ATG introduced new enhancements to its innovative ATG Commerce solution - a key component of the ATG Customer Experience Platform - that allow retailers to analyze abandonment rates at a more granular level. Unlike traditional shopping cart abandonment tools, ATG Commerce can provide retailers with the ability to track the non-purchase of items and continue to drive interactions with customers based on these items.
