Everypath Expands Board of Directors with Industry Veteran; Former Sun Microsystems VP Brings Financial and Operations Expertise

SANTA CLARA, Calif. -- Everypath, the leading mobile task automation software company, today announced the addition of Edward Saliba, a board member and advisor to leading technology companies, to Everypath's board of directors. Saliba will be assuming the position formerly held by Jeffrey Yasuda, managing director and CFO at Redwood Venture Partners, who will now join the company's advisory board. Saliba brings more than 20 years of experience in finance and corporate growth management to Everypath's executive team.
