Square D Racing Sweepstakes Winner, Guest Will Join NASCAR Pit Crew; Drawing Provides Trip to Miami, Pit Access for Craftsman Truck Series Race

PALATINE, Ill. -- Schneider Electric is partnering with Southern Living magazine to present the Square D(R) Racing Team Honorary Pit Crew Member Sweepstakes, which will send the winner and a guest to the Nov. 19 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race in Homestead, Fla., where they will be a honorary pit crew members for the Square D Racing team.
The sweepstakes is part of a series of promotions highlighting the Square D brand's involvement in the Southern Living Idea House. The Idea House is a popular showcase for innovative building methods and materials. Square D products featured in the Panama City House include the Square D QO(R) load center, Multi-Link Structure Wiring system, Surgebreaker(TM) Plus Multi-Path Surge Protector and Arc-D-tect(TM) Arc Fault Circuit Interrupters.

The sweepstakes grand prize package includes:
--Trip for two to the Craftsman Truck Series race at the Homestead-Miami Speedway
--Roundtrip coach transportation from the major airport nearest the winner's home
--Two nights standard, double occupancy accommodations
--Access to the racetrack garage area
--Participation in pre-race ceremonies
--Access to the pit area for the entire race
--$500 spending allowance.
The sweepstakes event is open to residents of the contiguous United States, 21 or older, except employees of the sponsors and their authorized distributors, vendors, contractors, their parent companies and the immediate family or persons living in the same household of any of the persons named above. The contest is void where prohibited by law.
Entrants must visit the Southern Living Panama City (Fla.) Idea House and complete an entry form or visit www.southernliving.com/squared to register. Entries must be received by 11:59 CDT, September 27, 2004. To enter by mail, entrants should print their name, address, city, state, ZIP code, date of birth and day and evening phone numbers on a 3" x 5" card and mail it to: Square D Pit Crew Sweepstakes Attn: Kristin Prickett, 2100 Lakeshore Drive, Birmingham, Alabama 35209. Entries must be postmarked by September 27, 2004. Limit: 1 on-line entry per email address, one mailed entry per envelope. A random drawing will be held no later than Oct. 22. The odds of winning depend on the number of entrants.
