Kim Harrell Joins TMP Worldwide Advertising & Communications as Director of Business Development

MCLEAN, Va. -- Former Davis Advertising Executive to Drive Business Development in the Baltimore and Washington D.C. Areas
TMP Worldwide Advertising & Communications, one of the world's largest Recruitment Advertising agency networks and a division of Monster Worldwide, Inc. (Nasdaq: MNST), today announced the appointment of Kim Harrell to the position of Director, Business Development in the company's McLean, Virginia office. In her new role, Harrell will be responsible for driving new business development in the Baltimore and Washington, D.C. areas.
Harrell's career spans more than 15 years in the recruitment advertising field. She comes to TMP from Davis Advertising where she gained experience in a wide range of roles, including positions in accounting, design, account management, sales, and sales management. After working in the Philadelphia/mid-Atlantic region for seven years, Harrell successfully opened and established Davis' Baltimore/Washington D.C. regional recruitment office in 1997. She was promoted to Director of Business Development at Davis in 2001.
Harrell brings with her a deep network of business relationships and strong ties in the human resources and advertising industries through her involvement with a variety of associations, including: the Washington Metropolitan Healthcare Recruiters Association; the Northern Virginia (NOVA) Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management; and the Human Capital Institute's D.C. Network.

Ms. Harrell's education includes Communications courses at the Art Institute of Philadelphia and Eastern College in St. Davids, PA. She is an AIRS Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR).
