D&K Healthcare Resources Names Richard Keffer Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary

ST. LOUIS -- D&K Healthcare Resources, Inc. (Nasdaq:DKHR) today announced it has named Richard (Rich) Keffer, Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, effective immediately. In this role, Mr. Keffer will manage all legal and corporate governance issues at D&K Healthcare. He will report to Martin Wilson, President and Chief Operating Officer of D&K.

Mr. Keffer brings to D&K Healthcare considerable legal and executive leadership experience. He most recently served as General Counsel, Secretary and Corporate Compliance officer at Aurora Foods Inc. Prior to Aurora Foods he spent six years with The Premcor Refining Group Inc., and 12 years with Pet Incorporated and The Pillsbury Company subsequent to the acquisition of Pet by Pillsbury.

Mr. Keffer earned his BA in Business Administration and Economics from Greenville College and his JD from Washington University School of Law.
