AFSM International Attracts Leading Services Companies to Upcoming World Conference

FORT MYERS, Fla. -- 34th S-Business Education Summit and Expo to include prestigious awards and impressive lineup of keynote headliners
The Association for Services Management International (AFSMI), the only global, member-based professional association of executives and managers in the technology services and support industry, will bring together some of the best companies in the services business at its World Conference. The conference also includes the announcement and presentation of two annual awards: the George O. Harmon Award for Industry Excellence and the Service Quality Award. "The George O. Also at this year's conference, an impressive list of keynote speakers is headed by Dr. W. Michael Cox, senior vice president and chief economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas and professor of economics at Southern Methodist University.
