ClientLogic Wins Customer Care Triple Crown at UK Industry Awards; ClientLogic Wins Best Outsourcing Service Provider, Best in Sector and Center of the Year

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- ClientLogic Corporation, a leading international business process outsourcing provider in the customer care industry, was awarded three prestigious industry awards in the UK last week: "Center of the Year" and "Best in Sector - Telemarketing & Outsourcing" at the UK Call Center Association's (CCA) Excellence Awards; and "Best Outsourcing Service Provider" at the first annual National Outsourcing Association (NOA) Awards.

The CCA Excellence Awards for "Center of the Year" and "Best in Sector - Telemarketing & Outsourcing" were announced at the CCA's 10th Anniversary Convention in Edinburgh, Scotland on November 24, 2004. Judged by an expert panel from a broad spectrum of disciplines, the awards were presented to organizations that demonstrated excellence in delivering customer service. The CCA "Best in Sector" Excellence Awards are given to winning centers servicing five industries: Financial Services; Telemarketing and Outsourcing; Telecoms, Technology and Utilities; Retail and Travel; Public Sector. "Best in Sector" winners also competed for the CCA's "Center of the Year" trophy which ClientLogic subsequently won.

The NOA Award for "Best Outsourcing Service Provider" - presented at this year's NOA Summit in London on November 22, 2004 - is awarded to the company that demonstrates excellence in the field of outsourcing. A panel of outsourcing experts evaluated entries based on a range of factors, looking for a company that delivered not only customer-focused results, but that was seen to be pushing the industry to deliver high quality. The NOA awards were announced at a ceremony attended by over 350 outsourcing industry leaders.
