ADC and Sonus Networks Announce Global Services Alliance; ADC Providing Professional Services for Sonus VoIP Deployments

CHELMSFORD, Mass. & MINNEAPOLIS -- Sonus Networks (Nasdaq: SONS) and ADC (Nasdaq: ADCT) announced today a global services alliance to support Sonus voice over IP (VoIP) solutions. As part of the relationship, ADC supplies a broad range of services to Sonus customers worldwide. For several Sonus VoIP deployments, ADC has effectively provided engineering, furnishing and installation (EF&I) services, rack-and-stack services, commissioning, integration, and installation-related materials.
ADC provides a broad range of services to help operators increase the capacity of their networks, more effectively manage their assets and maximize their network infrastructure. ADC has experience in delivering installation services to customers in many market areas, including wireless service providers, multiple system/cable operators, local exchange carriers, interexchange/global carriers, alternative carriers, and original equipment manufacturers.
