Oasis Semiconductor Withdraws Initial Public Offering

WALTHAM, Mass. -- Oasis Semiconductor, Inc., a leading supplier of semiconductor-based solutions to the All-In-One (AIO) peripheral market, announced today that it filed a request with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to withdraw the registration statement on Form S-1 for a proposed initial public offering of common stock that it filed on March 19, 2004.
The registration statement, withdrawn due to market conditions, had not been declared effective by the SEC, and no securities have been offered or sold.
