Business Wire, Dec 17, 2004
TEMECULA, Calif. -- S3 Investment Company (OTCBB:SEIH) today announced that it has contracted for a monthly investor newsletter, with the first issue scheduled for release in January 2005.
The monthly investor newsletter is designed to keep shareholders and others interested in S3 Investments updated on the progress of the company and its investment portfolio. A non-graphic text only version will be created for electronic transmission to the e-mail alert system, and a PDF version complete with photographs and other graphics suitable for printing will be made available on the company's website. Anyone interested in receiving the newsletter by email and a notification when the PDF version is posted to the website should subscribe to the email alert system at http://www.s3investments.com/ealert.asp.
> "We look forward to the implementation of a monthly investor newsletter and believe it is just another step in more effectively and consistently communicating with our shareholder base. It also provides an excellent snapshot of the company's status on a monthly basis, with graphics that can augment the written information that the company has issued over the last month," commented Chris Bickel, CEO of S3 Investment Company, the parent company of Securesoft Systems. The monthly newsletter will be created by Alice Hellstrom Anderson, a published author and former journalist with extensive expertise in business writing. A prolific writer and popular inspirational speaker, Ms. Anderson has written 23 books and over 60 individual company histories since 1998. She has more than 35 years of experience in advertising, marketing and public relations with companies both large and small.
The company also announced the addition of a new address for the company's website, http://www.s3investments.com. The old URL, http://www.s3i.us will still take visitors to the current website.
"This website address is more appropriate for S3 Investments, considering that the company's name changed in October 2004. We believe that Internet searches for our website will yield better results now that we have a web address that more accurately reflects the company's current name," stated Mr. Bickel.
