Allen Interactions Names Mary Ann Besser Director of Marketing

MINNEAPOLIS -- Allen Interactions has named Mary Ann Besser, marketing consultant and former new media marketing director for Minnesota Public Radio, its new director of marketing. In her new post, Besser will oversee Allen Interactions' brand management, communications, product management, and research activities.

Over the course of her career, Besser has worked in communications and marketing for a variety of technology, B2B and B2C organizations, in both profit and non-profit environments. Most notably, she developed and implemented the first formal Internet marketing program for Minnesota Public Radio.

Besser is a 1983 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and will complete her MBA at Cardinal Stritch University in May 2005. She is also a member of the board of directors for the Minnesota chapter of the American Marketing Association.
