American Mobile Dental Corporation: Credit Suisse First Boston Exec. Joins Advisory Board

MAMARONECK, N.Y. -- American Mobile Dental Corp. (PINK SHEETS:AMBD) announces Managing Director and Chief Economist of Credit Suisse First Boston, Dr. Neal M. Soss, was appointed to serve on the American Mobile Dental Corporation's Advisory Board. Credit Suisse First Boston is an international corporate and investment banking firm.
Dr. Soss, with Credit Suisse First Boston since 1984, was previously a Vice President at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and served as assistant to Chairman Paul A. Volcker of the Federal Reserve Board. Additionally, he served as Director of the Banking Research and Economic Analysis Division in the AMERICAN Office of the Comptroller of Currency. Dr. Soss has also held various positions in New York State government, including three years in the New York State Banking Department as both Deputy and First Deputy Superintendent of banks. As Chief Economist, in the office of Secretary of the Governor during he Carey administration, he acted as liaison between state economic agencies and the Governor.
Dr. Soss received his BA, summa cum laude, in Economics and Spanish from Williams College. He holds MA and Ph.D degrees in Economics from Princeton University.
