Business Objects Extends Agreement for the Intraware SubscribeNet Service

Based on this renewal, Business Objects customers worldwide will continue to benefit from a variety of SubscribeNet(R) service tools to help them maximize the value of their Business Objects software assets. This includes immediate 24/7/365 Web access to a personalized and secure software archive and updates, proactive email notifications, and the ability to track updates and downloads across their organization.
Business Objects will also continue to benefit from access to the SubscribeNet service's flexible, real-time administration functionality, including granular subscription management and automated regulatory compliance features. Intraware's solution enables technology companies like Business Objects to employ a single, automated solution to smoothly integrate their delivery processes into their customer support, product release management and other business systems to increase customer satisfaction while reducing their operational and support costs.
