Tricell Inc. Unit Secures Virtual Service Provider Status

STOKE-ON-TRENT, England -- The UK subsidiary of Tricell Inc. (OTCBB:TCLL), Tricell Distribution Limited ("Tricell"), has secured a VSP agreement with AST Airtime Ltd, that trades as G. Comm, a Gardline Group Company and full mobile Service Provider for Vodafone.

The agreement represents a significant advance for Tricell Inc.'s distribution arm and will provide for immediate enhanced shareholder value by aggregating additional revenues on all connected clients' line rentals and call charges. The agreement heralds an expansion of the existing customer connectivity to the Vodafone network.
