Global Aircraft Solutions' Subsidiary, Hamilton Aerospace, Announces a $750,000 Credit Facility with M&I Bank

TUCSON, Ariz. -- Global Aircraft Solutions Inc. (OTCBB: GACF) today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Hamilton Aerospace Technologies, has signed a $750,000 credit facility with M&I Bank (M&I). The term of this credit facility is three years, and the interest rate is fixed at 6.75% per annum. As part of this credit agreement, Hamilton Aerospace has moved all of its principal banking activities to M&I.
Gordon Hamilton, a director of both Global Aircraft Solutions and Hamilton Aerospace, stated, "This credit facility will provide working capital to help the company achieve our annual revenue and earning growth goals. We view this initial credit line as an important first step in what we look to be a fruitful long-term relationship between Hamilton Aerospace and M&I."
