Nutri Pharmaceuticals Research Inc. Completes Audit and SEC Filing

Business Wire, Dec 22, 2004

LAS VEGAS -- Nutri Pharmaceuticals Research Inc. (NRIP) management announced the completion of an audit by Chavez and Koch. Additionally, the company has filed a "Form 10-12G" with the intention of becoming a fully reporting company "listed" on the NASDAQ Bulletin Board.

There is a universally growing demand for "fortified" products containing bioactive ingredients with known and scientifically recognized health benefits. The company's proprietary O2P(TM) process transforms most edible oils into a free-flowing powder form without the application of heat, thus delivering more of the natural "bioactive" components than traditional processes. The extreme heat-based processing used by the competition destroys such bioactive elements. Demand for our high-quality powdered oils for use in fortification is rapidly increasing in the food ingredient, livestock feeds, pet foods, nutraceutical, cosmetic, and pesticide market sectors.

The company also continues to manufacture vitamins and health food supplements for the wholesale "private label" market.

This press release contains "forward-looking statements" within the meaning of the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995. The lead-in "Looking Forward" can identify such statements. These statements are not guarantees of future performance and involve significant risks and uncertainties. Actual results may vary materially from those in the forward-looking statements as a result of the effectiveness of management's strategies and decisions, general economic and business conditions, new or modified statutory or regulatory requirements, and changing price and market conditions. No assurance can be given that these are all the factors that could cause actual results to vary materially from the forward-looking statement.
