John Q. Hammons Hotels, Inc. Sells Holiday Inn Denver Northglenn in Colorado

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- John Q. Hammons Hotels, Inc. (AMEX:JQH) announced today it has sold the Holiday Inn Denver Northglenn, located in Northglenn, Colo. The property, owned and operated by John Q. Hammons Hotels, Inc., was sold to Gholamreza Rahmani-Azar and will be managed by Colorado Hospitality, Inc.
Located at 10 East 120th Avenue, the six-story Holiday Inn Denver Northglenn opened in December 1980. The property features 235 guestrooms, 14,000 square feet of meeting space, two restaurants with a clubhouse for sporting events and recreational facilities, as well as a pool and gift shop.
