Innovative Solutions and Support, Inc. Receives Lockheed Martin Order For C-130 Retrofit Flat Panel Display Systems

EXTON, Pa. -- Innovative Solutions & Support, Inc. (NASDAQ:ISSC) today announced an initial order for Flat Panel Computer/Displays. The flight-deck display system, consisting of redundant LCD displays and computers, replaces 32 electro-mechanical engine instruments providing an anticipated one-hundred-fold improvement in system reliability.

This program utilizes the Company's patented and FAA certified Flat Panel products. Deliveries to Lockheed Martin's modification center in Greenville, South Carolina will commence during the second half of FY 2005.

The C-130 cargo aircraft was manufactured by Lockheed Martin, the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), and more than 1,500 C-130 aircraft continue to be in operation throughout the world.
