Sullivan Consulting Group announced today that they were named by the San Diego Business Journal as the best company to work for in San Diego. Each year the San Diego Business Journal organizes this competition among companies of all sizes in San Diego. There are hundreds of nominations, but only nine companies are given the distinguished title. The nominations are judged by a panel consisting of local academia and previous "Best Company" award winners. Some of the criteria used to judge the companies include benefit packages, employee incentives, staff morale, and turnover rates. During the past year, Sullivan enjoyed a very rapid growth rate, while maintaining low turnover and high morale.
