Prudential Financial Completes Acquisition of Hyundai Units

(NYSE:PRU), the Korean Deposit Insurance Corporation (KDIC) and the Korean Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC) announced today that they have finalized the purchase by Prudential of Hyundai Investment and Securities Co., Ltd (HITC) and its subsidiary, Hyundai Investment Trust Management Co., Ltd.
