Greater Bay Bancorp Schedules 2003 Fourth Quarter and Year-End Earnings Release and Conference Call

Greater Bay Bancorp (Nasdaq:GBBK), a financial services holding company, announced that it will broadcast its earnings conference call live via the Internet on Wednesday, January 21, 2004.

A press release outlining the 2003 fourth quarter and year-end financial results will be distributed at 3:30 a.m. PST on January 21, 2004. The conference call will begin at 8:00 a.m. PST on January 21, 2004 and will last for approximately one hour.

Investors have the opportunity to listen to the conference call live over the Internet at http://www.FullDisclosure.com.
