Callidus Software(R) (Nasdaq:CALD), the industry leader in Enterprise Incentive Management (EIM) solutions, announced today the promotion of Christopher Cabrera to the position of Senior Vice President, Operations. In this position, Mr. Cabrera will lead The Americas and Asia/Pacific sales, as well as the company's worldwide marketing organizations.
Mr. Cabrera has been with Callidus Software for six years. For the past three years, he was responsible for the company's worldwide sales strategy and execution. Under his leadership the sales organization has demonstrated significant results, and Callidus' market penetration and growth year-over-year have increased substantially. Today, Callidus is the industry leader in the EIM space with a strong presence in key vertical markets including finance, banking, insurance, telecommunications, manufacturing, retail and life sciences.
Prior to joining Callidus, Mr. Cabrera worked for Silicon Graphics, Inc. where he served as Director of North American channel sales, and Director of North American telesales and field marketing, with responsibility for 120 employees and annual sales in excess of $500 million.
